A Hassle-Free Experience

Sold As Is: All items sold by The Appliance Hub are sold as is. Some units may have pre-existing physical damage and may not include every part from the factory. If unit is missing a part The Appliance Hub can help guide you were to get that part. 

Responsibility: The Appliance Hub is NOT responsible for any property damage caused by defects from manufacture or from installation by third party contractors/Individuals . If a unit is defective upon initial First use, please notify The Appliance Hub for assistance in resolving the issue through the manufacturer or our warranty provider. 

Final Sales: All sales are final. There are no returns unless explicitly stated otherwise by The Appliance Hub. 

Warranty: If units come with the manufactures warranty please register all the units online/phone through the manufacture using the model/serial number once installed. If an open box appliance does not come with the original manufacturer's warranty, The Appliance Hub will provided a min. of a 1-year warranty through our insurance provider (starting from the purchase date). Some units that are lightly used might come with a limited warranty. Ask us about our Extended warranties, additional years can be purchased. 

Caution Regarding Self-Cleaning Feature: For ranges/ovens, it is highly not recommended to NOT use the self-cleaning feature as it can significantly reduce the unit's lifespan. 

Shipping and Handling Damage: The Appliance Hub must be notified immediately of any damage that may have occurred during shipping/handling within the first 24 hours of delivery. Claims for damage caused solely by shipping/handling must be filed within this timeframe to be accepted.
